ACRA KAM-500 - soluzione rugged, modulare, miniatura

KAM-500 è un sistema di acquisizione e telemisura imbarcabile di tipo modulare, miniaturizzato, robusto ed affidabile, per condizionare e acquisire, tramite PCM IRIG 106 e/o Ethernet, un elevato numero di parametri di misura.

Qualificato secondo normative MIL-STD, è utilizzato nei più importanti programmi di Flight-Testing e Certificazione di velivoli civili e militari, in attività OLM (Operational Load Monitoring) e HUMS, in applicazioni “space” e in molti settori della Difesa, nella sperimentazione di sistemi complessi, nell'acquisizione di segnali e dati su mezzi navali, nel testing di veicoli militari e non...

KAM-500 può essere configurato in modo single-chassis o multi chassis distribuito, PCM o Ethernet Network, ed offre un'ampia varietà di moduli per sensori di misura, segnali analogici e digitali, bus di controllo e comunicazione, Voce (CVSD), Video e per stream PCM; moduli di output analogico o digitale, di sincronizzazione del tempo GPS o IRIG, moduli BIT (Built In Test), per la verifica continua del corretto funzionamento del sistema in tutti i suoi aspetti.

Un particolare modulo matematico (KAD/MAT/101) consente processi in tempo reale per la creazione di parametri virtuali calcolati da quelli fisici acquisiti.

Moduli di Acquisizione di KAM-500
Un’ampia gamma di moduli di condizionamento e acquisizione con ADC simultaneo e risoluzione fino a 16 bit e con trattamento digitale dei segnali, in modo da garantire elevata accuratezza in un ampio range di temperatura.
Sono disponibili per sensori a ponte estensimetrico, resistivi, potenziometrici e piezoelettrici, LVDT e RVDT, TC, RTD, scanner per pressioni e temperature, segnali in tensione e corrente…  
Moduli di acquisizione per segnali discreti: frequenza, periodo, eventi e per monitoring data parsing su bus digitali e avionici: RS232/422, ARINC429, MIL-STD-1553, STANAG-3910, Ethernet, AFDX, FireWire  
I moduli Video, con compressione H.264 o MPEG-4 (PAL o NTSC), offrono buona qualità delle immagini anche con bassi data-rate e permettono l’acquisizione di più sorgenti video sullo stesso data-link (PCM o Ethernet) utilizzato per i segnali e i dati di misura.
